2 ripe kiwis
2 tbs sugar of choice (I used a bit of honey)
1/2 cup moscato
1/4 cup water
-Peel kiwis and puree in food processor (or if you're a Pampered Chef FIEND like me then get yourself one of these, PERFECT for this). Stir in sugar and let sit for ten minutes.
-Mix in moscato and water. Fill popsicle wells with just a little bit of headspace to allow for freezing expanding.
-To remove from molds, run warm (not hot!) water over the well and pull stick gently in a corkscrew motion.
